BITS provides a Customer Handbook to all customers upon completion of the installation process. The handbook contains descriptions of BITS Services, Network Documentation, DR Testing Results and customer Test Guides, and Audit Information (FAQs, SAS70). Updates are sent to customers as services are changed or enhanced typically on a quarterly basis.
BITS does not facilitate the IT audit itself, but we provide the underlying infrastructure which simplifies banks compliance efforts with regulatory requirements.
