Overview

BITS (Banking Infrastructure and Technology Services) is a nationwide Managed Service Provider for Voice and Data connectivity, exclusively serving community banks. BITS is funded and owned by several banker's banks as well as community bank investors. We have tailored our services to help community banks improve their efficiency ratios by significantly reducing existing costs for all Voice, Data, Internet, Network Security, Core, and ATM circuits.

BITS is an exclusive co-op that operates on a 5% profit margin. Through our unique ownership, we understand the challenges facing community banks better than anyone else. BITS has been successful in saving community banks up to 40% on their second largest non-interest expense after salaries and benefits. This savings often translates into six or even seven figure savings to the bottom line over a five year contract term. More than 70 community banks throughout 10 states have already benefited from our services.

BITS receives high marks from the regulatory agencies and is reviewed by the FFIEC. In addition, BITS is SAS70 certified and endorsed by two Bankers Banks and eight state banking associations.

BITS has partnered with the most reliable companies in the industry and has negotiated wholesale pricing to bring cost savings to our community bank customers. Partners include Cisco, AT&T, Level 3, Verizon and SecureWorks.

Also, BITS is a Cisco-certified Service Provider and has received Cisco's highest level certification called "Cisco Powered." This is Cisco's highest level award given to Service Providers within an exclusive membership of roughly 100 Service Providers worldwide.
