• New Customer Transition and Account Setup  Services.
• Conducts transition surveys with new customers.
• Ongoing Customer Care.
• Investigates and resolves customer queries.
• Builds relationships with customers to ensure good communication.
• Conducts in-user customer training.
• Quotes, Inside Sales, & Renewals.
• Proficient at Cisco hardware functionality and tapping phones.
• Conducts inside sales of new and existing products and services.
• Prepares Smart Net quote and renewal twice a year.
• Ensures all banks return a signed quote and contract.
• Reports revenue and net income to finance department.
• Builds and provisions phones as needed.
• Performs other duties and coordinates special tasks or projects as directed.

Requirements

• B.S. in Business or related field
• 5+ years of experience in related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with Strong Customer Service Skills and inside sales
• Written and verbal communication, organizational and interpersonal skills; excellent problem solving skills; ability to motivate teams to produce quality work within tight deadlines; ability to work independently and within a team environment; ability to give and receive constructive feedback to others; ability to maintain positive, effective work relationships with others; and the ability to develop and maintain favorable relationships
• Knowledge of MS office applications 2007-2010 (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook)
• Knowledge of effective sales strategy and techniques; excellent customer relations skills; familiarity with accounting module of Microsoft Navision, and analytical skills
• Must be available to travel to client sites as needed

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly billing for recurring charges, POTS, teleconferencing and professional services.
• Perform procurement for inventory and capital assets.
• Maintain the inventory account reconciliation on a monthly basis.
• Maintain the reconciliation of capital assets and monthly calculation of depreciation.
• Maintain the monthly amortization of prepaid assets.
• Process the financing of capital assets and work closely with the Controller to ensure that lease agreements and amortization schedule are prepared and booked accurately.
• Perform general ledger analysis for all monthly recurring invoices and assist in month-end closing, adhere to GAAP revenue recognition principle.
• Process sales tax reporting on a monthly basis.
• Prepare and process the SmartNet renewal, twice a year.
• Perform analysis on issues as they arise in a very time sensitive environment
• Performing clerical projects as required.
• Other duties and projects as assigned by the Controller or CFO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with 2-3 years of experience in Billing and/or Customer Support, or 5-7 years hands-on accounting experience without a Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to work independently & with little supervision.
• Advanced or Intermediate knowledge of Excel is a must, and basic knowledge of Word & Outlook.
• Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well with others in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Possess a strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects as well as strong follow-through skills.
• Ability to complete projects timely and accurately critical.
• Familiarity with the accounting module of Microsoft Navision a plus.
